Enter your child's fantasy into the short text field above the product (or your child can do it themselves). For example, "Unicorn with rocket wings, rainbow, and superhero cape." From this, our dream designer will create a unique motif and prepare it for printing. You will always see a preview of the design first. If you want something different, simply submit a new dream request with your adjustments. Once you place an order, we will produce your desired product and ship it directly to you.

Note: You do not need to upload your own images. We create the image individually based on your child's idea. However, if you wish, you can also upload your own image and have your product printed with it. Simply use the "Upload own image" field.

3-6 details work best: figure/animal, special elements (e.g. wings, cape), mood (funny, brave, cute), colors, background (stars, clouds, jungle) and optionally a style preference (e.g. "comic", "watercolor", "minimalist"). If your child said a sentence verbatim, you can enter it exactly as it is - this is often how the most beautiful designs are created.

Since each product is custom-made, we start production immediately after receiving the order. Production usually takes 1-2 business days, followed by shipping, which typically takes 2-3 business days (depending on the delivery address). As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking, if available for the shipping method.

Since each product is custom-made for you, changes to the design, size, or delivery address are unfortunately not possible after placing the order. We can only offer a cancellation as long as your order has not yet gone into production – please contact us as soon as possible with your order number; once printing has started, we cannot stop or change it. If, for example, you made a mistake with the size, we can offer you a goodwill discount code for a new order as an uncomplicated solution, so you can quickly get the right product.

As your product is custom-made according to your ideas, returns "due to dissatisfaction" or exchanges are generally not possible. However, if there is an issue with delivery or production (e.g., printing errors, damaged item), we will, of course, find a solution. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo(s) and your order number – we will investigate immediately.

You can find a size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring a well-fitting shirt you have at home (width under the armpits, length from shoulder to hem) and comparing the measurements with the chart. If you are between two sizes, we usually recommend the larger size for longer wear.
